I'm Ben. I run a small IT company in Dublin, PA.
For 10+ years, local businesses have trusted me to handle their technology so they can focus on what they do best. Every client I have came from a referral. I'd like to earn yours too.
I'd love to hear what's going on.

Here's How We Help
Three things that matter most when you're trusting someone with your technology.
You'll Always Know Who to Call
When something goes wrong with your technology, you shouldn't have to wonder who to call or whether they'll call you back. My number is 215-933-5158. I answer it myself.
You'll Always Know What You're Paying
$180, $215, or $265 per user per month, depending on what you need. No surprises. No fine print. Your IT bill should be as predictable as your rent.
You'll Never Feel Like You're Being Sold To
If you don't need something, I'll tell you. I've built this business entirely on referrals. People don't refer someone who oversells them.
Everything Your Business Needs to Run Smoothly
Here's what I take care of so you don't have to think about it.
Managed IT Services
Think of us as your technology team. We keep an eye on your computers, your network, and your systems around the clock. If something starts to go sideways, we catch it before it becomes a problem. If something does break, we're already working on it. You shouldn't have to manage your IT on top of everything else you've got going on.
Cybersecurity
Here's what I tell every client: most security problems don't start with some sophisticated attack. They start with a fake email, a reused password, or a link someone clicked without thinking. We put straightforward protections in place -- email security, endpoint protection, dark web monitoring, and training for your team. It's not about scaring you. It's about keeping your business safe.
Cloud & Microsoft 365
If you're thinking about moving to the cloud, or if you're already there and it feels like a mess, we can help. We handle the migration, the setup, and the ongoing management of Microsoft 365 and cloud services. And if moving to the cloud doesn't make sense for your business right now, I'll tell you that too.
Backup & Disaster Recovery
Nobody likes to think about this, but things go wrong. Ransomware, hardware failures, someone accidentally deletes the wrong file. We set up automated backups and offsite copies of your data, and we test them regularly. If the worst happens, we get you back up and running. That's the whole point.
IT Helpdesk & Support
You've got a problem, you call us, we fix it. That's really it. We handle things remotely when we can and come to your office when we need to. The person helping you knows your setup because they've worked with you before. No call centers, no explaining your problem to a different person every time.
Compliance
If your industry has rules about data, security, or privacy -- HIPAA, PCI, NIST -- we help you meet them. We handle the documentation, the technical controls, and the ongoing monitoring. I won't pretend compliance is fun, but I can make it a lot less painful.
Simple Tech vs. a Typical IT Provider
Here's what actually changes when you work with someone who knows your name.
| Feature | Simple Tech | Typical IT Provider |
|---|---|---|
| Average response time | Under 15 minutes | 4-24 hours |
| Who answers the phone | Ben, the owner | Call center or voicemail |
| Proactive monitoring | Included in every plan | Not always included |
| Pricing model | Flat monthly rate | Variable / surprise invoices |
| Contracts | Month-to-month | 1-3 year lock-in |
| Cybersecurity | Included in every plan | Extra cost / add-on |
| On-site support | Included when needed | Additional fee |
| Business reviews | Included (Complete tier) | Rarely offered |
This isn't meant to bash anyone. It's just what I've seen, and what I set out to fix.
Excellent service. I am someone who is not very knowledgeable about technology, but he NEVER makes me feel ignorant.
The Simple Tech Promise
Five things I personally commit to for every client. Not a tagline -- it's how I run my business.
You're Not a Ticket Number
I know my clients by name. I know their systems. When you call, I already have context. That's what you get when you work with a small company that's small on purpose.
No Contracts, No Games
Month-to-month. I've never believed in locking people in. You should stay because the work is good, not because you signed something 18 months ago.
The Price Is the Price
$180, $215, or $265 per user per month. I put my pricing right here because I think you deserve to know what things cost before you call. No hidden fees. No "it depends."
I Won't Sell You What You Don't Need
One of my clients was told by another shop that their server needed to be replaced. I fixed it in 30 minutes. If you don't need it, I'll say so.
Security Isn't an Add-On
Every plan includes real cybersecurity protections. Email security, endpoint protection, security training. Because charging you extra to keep your business safe doesn't sit right with me.
Here's How It Works
Simple, straightforward, no pressure at any step.
We Have a Conversation
Fill out the short form on this page and I'll get back to you within a day. We'll talk about what's going on, what's frustrating you, and what you actually need. No sales pitch. I promise.
I Come Take a Look
I'll do a full assessment of your current setup -- hardware, software, security, backups, the whole picture. I'll tell you what's working, what's not, and what needs attention. This is free and there are no strings attached.
I Give You a Straight Answer
You'll get a clear proposal. What I recommend, what it costs, and why. I'll walk you through it. If you have questions, I'll answer them. No decision required that day -- take whatever time you need.
I Take Care of It
Once we get going, I handle the day-to-day technology so you can get back to what you do. I'll be in touch when something needs your attention. The rest of the time, things just work quietly in the background. That's the goal.
Ben came to my office on a Sunday and had me up and running for work on Monday!
What This Actually Costs
I'm putting the numbers right here because I think hiding pricing behind "contact us" is a waste of your time.

Wondering About Something?
Here are the questions I get most often. If yours isn't here, just ask.
A little about me.
I started doing IT work around 2012. I was fixing computers, setting up networks, building a few websites. What I kept running into was the same story: small businesses -- really good ones, run by really good people -- getting ignored by IT companies that only cared about the big accounts.
The 5-person law firm that couldn't get anyone to call them back. The dental office paying for stuff they didn't even use. The nonprofit still running on equipment from 2009. It bothered me.
So I started Simple Tech to do it differently. I took an SBA loan in 2022 to grow it properly. Paid it off by August 2025. I've never run an ad. Never bought a lead. Every single client I have found me because someone they trust told them about me.
My wife Rebekah runs Blue Haven Studio, a web design company, and we share office space here at Dublin Town Center. Our kids go to the same schools as our clients' kids. We're part of this community, and that matters to me.
I'd rather have 30 clients who trust me than 300 who don't know my name.
What kind of company is this, really?
Small. On purpose.
We're based in Dublin, PA, and we serve small businesses across Bucks County and the greater Philadelphia area. Our clients are law firms, dental practices, accounting offices, construction companies, nonprofits -- businesses with 5 to 30 people who need reliable IT without the enterprise price tag or the corporate runaround.
When you work with Simple Tech, you're working with me. I know your systems, your team, your business. If you call at 7:30 on a Monday morning because your email is down, you're not going to get a phone tree. You're going to get Ben.
That's the whole idea. It's in the name.
A Day in My Life
What a typical Monday looks like at Simple Tech.
Check overnight alerts, review client dashboards
On-site visit to a dental office in Chalfont for a network upgrade
Remote support -- helping a law firm with a printer issue and a password reset
Security review for a construction company, then picking up my kids
